Jeffery Whitacre does not care about his clients. If you’re using him for a public defender, he will not put much effort into your case, until he sees you in court. It takes him forever to call you back, “whenever he decides to call” & let’s not get into any motions or grievances... that he will not file... he is just flat out lazy ...& he doesn’t care about public defended clients. He is really a piece of non work...

Horrible.. They dont care and the lady I have doesn't return phone calls or messages.. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible.. Now I have to fight a failure to appear, because she doesn't communicate..

Doing their best to keep the guilty out of jail. ????
