Brittany Garza was extremely pleasant and helpful, then Kayla helped me restructure a new deal and Alexa Andrada followed up with me the same afternoon to make my situation a lot easier ! I appreciate everyone at this law firm!
I've tried 3 times to speak with an attorney about a debt and try and reach a resolution. They told me they could not help me unless I gave them my social security number, which I was not about to do. They said it was against company policy. I told them I was not employed by their company and not bound by their policies. I asked just how many times does someone call to pay someone else's debt? This so called debt is over 10 years old and owed by my ex, yet they hound me like a dog on a trail and then turn around and tell me they can't talk about it because I won't follow their policy!
Very unprofessional… Brittney Garza is very rude and has a horrible attitude. She made my whole experience the absolute worst. With her disgusting attitude, disrespectful demeanor, and how unapologetically unprofessional she was, really blew my mind. Very ridiculous that a company would want someone so nasty and rude to represent them.
Scam company harassing a family member saying she never paid an account when she did via debt consolidation. Don’t fall for it their harassment!
Terrible customer service, I will provide more insight below to what other negative reviews are stating "they give you the run around". I have made several attempts to pay off my debt. The first option they give you is to make an offer which they tell you in 24-48 hours you will get a response. I waited a few days made several attempts to call back which always goes to voicemail. I left several messages and attempted to send emails over the course of a week. One day I decided to keep calling until someone answers at which it seemed to bug the clerk as she answered the phone angrily after about the 10th call. She told me my offer was accepted and they would send a email in 24-48 hours, which never came so I reached out again on the third day. And again had to make several call backs to get a hold of anyone, which I was told to just go to their website and print out the offer agreement and send in (why wasn't I told this the first time!). Now it is going on several days again and the payment has not been processed. Never have I had such an issue making someone take my money.
