I had to find a great attorney for my first DUI, and after many calls and discussions I chose Middlebrook and Associates. EVERYTHING Richard said “might” happen,,, did happen. I couldn’t be happier. No hassling with DMV, and not one court appearance. I’m not proud to have gotten a DUI, but, I am so glad I chose this firm. Like all others who have found themselves in the legal predicament of being charged with Driving Under the Influence I was confused and fearful of my future and the outcome. After asking around for recommendations from friends, Mr. Middlebrook was repeatedly and highly recommended. After my initial call and consultation with Richard Middlebrook and his very respectful and knowledgeable assistants my fears were drastically eased and my knowledge of the situation that I had found myself in was greatly improved. At every step of the process Mr. Middlebrook and his staff were on point and completely exceeded my expectations. I never once had to appear in court because Mr. Middlebrook would appear on my behalf. Anytime I called his office, his staff took the time to answer any and all of my questions. Most of the time his office to the initiative to call or email me with updates with my case. With Mr. Middlebrook's efforts the results of my case were exceptional and better than I could have hoped for. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Richard Middlebrook and his magnificent staff to handle any case involving a DUI !! The first and biggest mistake someone could make with their case would be to not consult Middlebrook and Associates!

Having a DUI was nothing of what I felt proud but even with all the bad feelings of the DUI experience Mr Middlebrook make me felt that everything was going to be ok , he treated me with respect and kept me informed at all times . Sincerely not that I want to have to use his services again but he would be the only law firm that I would trust if I need it again. Thank you very much.
