My experience with Sean was excellent. He went the extra mile on everything. Answered every question. He literally restored my faith in lawyers. My settlement was everything I had hoped for. He is a great attorney, and a wonderful human being, a rare combination.
I called on a personal injury inquiries and the paralegal hung up because I had not established 25,000 plus in medical bills, so two things being hung up by someone who’s supposed to be professional and second it’s all about the amount they can make to file a few papers and settle out of court cause hardly ever do these type of lawyers use any of the college/university training in a court room, lawyers who represent car, personal, property claims are only in for the money and nothing else cause a law maker is really the professional law breaker and shyster with a degree! If you choose to trust such sources then use much cation that what they really will get for and from you! Time to pay attention to new written laws to have a change what representation can charge down with the 40 plus percent of YOUR injury!!!
In 2014 I lost my husband in a horrific automobile accident. I was reluctant to seek out someone to help me even though I knew things weren't "right." I tend to play things very close-to-the-vest and am very reluctant to share my personal pain and family circumstances with a "stranger." This is also one of the reasons it has taken me so long to write this review, even though Chris deserves more than my piss-poor, lag in time, to give him the accolades he rightfully earned. And so it begins: Upon first contact, it took some time for a call back as to whether I actually had a viable case. I was aware it may take time. I did eventually become a client; a reluctant one for sure. I somehow felt that I shouldn't seek this councel, in part due to my conservative upbringing. Nonetheless, I became a client of Chris'. As things progressed, I was asked to bring documents, photographs, statements, recordings, letters, and anything that may have bearing. It was a very painful process for me and both my sons. Feelings are very raw and reliving those for the next 3.5 years was hard. Couple all that with the fact that I was struggling financially and had a very, very demanding job, which required me all hours throughout the week, and it became another job, but one that I committed to. When doing anything like this I warn you; it is not for the feint of heart. You must have the grit to stick it out. Chris and I did have some discussions as to the toll it took on me also about his role as my Attorney and sometimes I felt pressured to do things I didn't want to. I am saying this so that whoever is reading this realizes that the Attorney is not the only one who must step up for you and your loved ones, but you also must have the commitment and resolve to do what must be done in sprite of it all; it was not always pleasant. Chris also urged me (and later both my sons) to seek some grief counseling, which I was vehemently opposed to! Eventually I relented and did as he asked. Ultimately, I realized that was a very kind and intelligent thing for him to "strongly suggest." Both my sons availed themselves of counsel and they now say that they benefited from it. All this to say that Chris treated my family with dignity and respect. He was very patient even when I was less than gracious at times. I can be very stubborn and am difficult to deal with on occasion, particularly when I am reluctant to do something or disagree. Chris was patient in explaining the reasons behind requests and was very responsive to any calls or texts or questions I had. I would definitely recommend his Firm. The outcome was a positive one for me and my sons. I'm not a gusher, nor do I sing people's praises often, but Chris does the job valiantly, with class, and humility. You will not be sorry you requested his services, and I can guarantee he will lead you to where you need to be.
SEAN PHELAN took care of business . Great Lawyer, fair prices. Great Job Mike Holt.
My name is Erin Raisley and I can not thank Chris enough for taking on my case. Chris and his staff made me feel like my case mattered from the beginning to the end. Chris has the skills needed to represent me and with that we had a great outcome. I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and I believe that I was treated as a friend (vs. just another client). My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. I could not have asked for a better law firm or attorney. Thank you!
