Sent in a retainer, the firm applied for my mark. The mark was returned by the trademark office asking for additional information. I contacted Patterson to develop a response, and after asking for an update a few weeks later, I never heard from them. I canceled their services a month later, and never received a reply. Completely unprofessional.

Our company performed some work for this firm and received only a partial balance. Several calls have been made over 5 months to clarify and resolve any misunderstandings or technical issues. My calls go unreturned. I've not used this firm For their services. I speak only to the character regarding my specific financial dealings with them.

We started a company and had our trademark processed by this firm. They were always prompt, professional and extremely helpful! We are looking forward to working with them on other business matters.

I've been with them for 12 years or so, we have 5 patents in IOT now, Gary is a super smart guy.
