For a lawyer's office it has a friendly, approachable staff from the top down...and they really know their stuff around small business in Washington state. I feel very supported. Highly recommend!

I heard of Jessica Jensen through a woman's group and she had great reviews, so when I needed a family lawyer for a relatively straight-forward division of assets, I went to her. My main complaint is the timeliness and level of communication. Basically everything we've asked has taken a lot longer (months) than I would have anticipated without an estimated timeline provided to us, and I've received billing notices where I feel like I need to second guess every line item for "was that really necessary?" I would prefer to know what work is being done and the approximate cost before it is done. I can't say that I have experience with other family lawyers, so I don't know what the norm is. I would probably recommend Jessica for her caring demeanor and expertise, but I am likely to try a different lawyer in the future for the above reasons.
