com Attached is a draft of the lease assignment. Landlord will most likely require an attorney review. That won't happen most likely until Monday or Tuesday. I'll have the Final documents ready for signatures and notarization by Wednesday at the latest. The total charge for the assignment will be $1600.00 and will need to be upon signing, as well as the Security deposit and First months rent($18,850.50) according to the terms of the lease. Kim and David helped me apply for E2 visa. I was recently grated my visa. I am very impressed with their knowledge and ability of what they can pull off. they have a very precise understanding of how the USCIS rules and laws govern in this Country. They were able to advise me on what the USCIS is looking from me, and what kinds of documents will justify my request for the visa. It is kind of hard to keep this short, but i strongly recommend these people and their skills. Thanks

Cant give negative stars but really need to - Kandi called our office today and proceeded to call our employee very very nasty names. Jane gave Kandi a false story - Called to talk to their boss and was told that they would have to contact their lawyer regarding their employees use of abuse! Well to late JK Law group your employees have harassed us enough! Got to our Lawyer 1st and hes very reputable!

Unprofessional experience. JK Law group was the escrow agent for purchase of my home. Lot of confusion in closing paperwork and handover of keys from seller. JK Law Group colluded with the seller, delayed processing land transfer and delayed the handover of the keys. As a buyer was left confused with when the keys will handed over and had to make other temporary arrangements for my stay. JK Law Group didnt follow principles of being unbiased and dealing with all parties amicably. Watch out before you engage them.
