My son and I were involved in an accident where we were hit from behind. The accident not only totaled our vehicle, banged me up a bit but caused some issues with my special needs son as well. I contacted Joel, and he made over an hours trip up to my home to speak to both me and my son. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, since I had never been through the process of using an attorney before. He explained how he would proceed with the case, what his office would do to assist me and that he would always be just a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. He didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend Joel Williams law office to anyone. Joel and his staff stay on top of your case and notify you as soon as something changes. They give you advice like you are their family not someone off the street. These people have the biggest hearts and Joel Williams is there to fight for you the whole way through.
