I went to get a Covid testing done at the John Murphy clinic and the staff were friendly and very helpful. However no information was given to me on how to get the results. Calling the number used to setup appointment was useless, calling the main number no one ever answered. There is no information on the website stating where to obtain results. I cannot believe a business does not have anyone to answer the phone. They requested phone number and email with registration but no information given.

This location's reception and front desk is the worse when it comes to organization, efficiency and time management.

This is the County public health Department and a place I probably wouldn't ever normally visit, especially since part of it is also the county morgue. But they were offering COVID shots and I got to visit the facility twice. The process of getting the vaccinations was very smooth, well executed, and incredibly efficient. The people who were there working were friendly, helpful, and seem to really be enjoying the fact that they were helping people with the vaccines. I could not have asked for a better experience especially since I didn't know what exactly I would encounter when I visited the building with the morgue on one side. High compliments to the people who were involved with the vaccinations and I hope I don't have to visit that other side of the building anytime soon.

??LONG POST BUT A NECESSARY READ??Every single appointment I have here, my experience just gets worse and worse. Monday 08/09 I had a scheduled appointment and missed it. I’ve been coming here for over two months now and usually when I walk in, I get screened and sent straight back. This time however, I was given the run around about not being registered. So, I do as I was told and had to take a number and wait for over an hour (missing my appointment). I then get a call from the nurse there stating I had to reschedule because there was a mix up in their schedule, so there wasn’t a provider there to see me. Mind you, I get this call already after my appointment time is missed. So by this time, I’m already frustrated and get up to leave.. tell me why as soon as I got to the door to exit, the number I was given was called ???? They never answer the phone and at this point I plan on not coming back. I’ve been calling since then trying to reschedule & it’s already Thursday. Oh and to top it off, I’ve never met the MD that’s on my paperwork, it’s always someone different every. single. time. I’m over it.

I love this clinic so much more than any other clinic. Its so clean and spacious. Dr. Donavan is amazing. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a plan of action. The pharmacy workers are so nice and understanding. The lab workers are really nice and make you feel very comfortable. Over all this is the place I feel comfortable and like my health is being taken care of.
