Went online to setup accounts so I could get a car loan. Needed to transfer money from my old bank account. The CSR took care of he transaction and then sold me on overdraft protection. I called a week later because funds STILL have not transferred. They had record of my call but no transfer. I left work early to make a Deposit at their headquarters. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and they were already closed. Really?!? I am a Thrivent insured but contemplating switching...
