My experience at Western University was exceptional and second to none. I took courses in a variety of disciplines including psychology, business administration and marketing, and I was very impressed by the professors who are some of the world's leading minds in their various fields-of-study. I would often attend classes in the morning, study in the afternoon at the great library we have on campus known as Weldon, and socialize with my friends after, maybe hit the fitness facility with my gym partner and then in the evening, complete readings and study up at night. The nightlife in downtown London was an excellent social scene on Richmond Row, and there are outstanding bars and nightclubs, restaurants and fast food joints located downtown too for students to enjoy. My fellow students who I met over the course of my time at the university have had a strong impact on my life and I have to say that they are high quality people with bright minds who are also kind, outgoing and friendly. Great friendships were forged over my four year degree while in the department of social science. I would do it all over again if given the chance; thank you Western!

Completed my PhD here and loved my experience as a graduate student in Media Studies. During my time here, I secured a TEDx Talk, academic publications, interviews with the press, and guest lectured in undergraduate classrooms. I worked as a TA and completed TAPP. I have also participated in alumni activities like collaborating with Western Alumni’s social media departments and FIMS social media teams.

The ratings of this school gets lower and lower... Why because they treat Canadian students poorly and internationals they use for money. The reviews on here are not an indication of this school itself. Look at everything that happened just in the last two years people. People must be starting to wake up to this scam and must want a real education which was promised to anyone who signs up for these colleges/universities. The fact Canadian students can not even get jobs because this place gives everything to international... Us internationals get the job and all of a sudden there's tons of hidden fees within the education systems or in the economy in general. It seems colleges and universities more and more do not want people to graduate from there schools with GOOD DIPLOMAS AND DEGREES yet they are ok with sub par and making it so you only achieve this. I've seen profs make classes literally fifty times harder then they have ever had to be (especially when someone has retaken the course and notices this). Get it together Ontario. Lol Also there's an online known basically porn hub at Western, lots of people sleep with people for money to pay their education fees and it is promoted on back pages. They promote partying and yet state they have a great education. Students here... instead of support one another, use eachother for popularity contests and to see what they can gain from each relationship... Just look there ranking up and look into how much it has fallen. Which it should! Also did you see what happened to the recent graduates and the protestors???!! What a mess. Also do not expect a job if you're a Canadian citizen as us internationals are placed in these jobs! As a Canadian citizen you will be told no, and as an international I'm.told yes and promoted where to go. Messed up. Maybe instead of having such old buildings in which need to be maintained focus on people's education. Canadians should not be struggling because of international students and things need to be looked at if this is the case or internationals struggle. Seems Ontario is taking in and off more they can handle.

Attended the opening for the life cycle of celestial objects. Was very well organized. Was early so I walked around campus and it’s honestly beautiful. The gardens and the architecture.
