I should have known the moment I heard the words, "Sorry to have to streamline you, but..." that this was going to be a complete joke. Completely cold and unsympathetic, and I'm pretty sure the only reason there was any transparency, was because the guy I spoke to couldn't give himself enough time to candycoat how much fees are due to how fast he was trying to get us out of his office. Look elsewhere.
