My patience are running thin with these people. Yes I have been awarded my disability after 2 denials and 99% of my footwork and feeling hung out to dry in front of the judge last November only to be pretty much forgotten after Hurley got paid back in January. It took ME calling SS weekly for 7 months to finally convince someone to do a partial release of my back pay of 13 months which they did a couple of weeks ago, it's now August. That partial release helped me pay off all those who I borrowed from during this pathetic process. I'm done with all the sweet talking of where my back pay is or when it will be released, I'm even missing a monthly deposit from january that no one seems to care about. This is your job Hurley that you already got paid for. I will be contacting the judge that "awarded " me my case to see if he has any answers. Kristen sorry it had to come to this but you never return my calls and when Rose said to me that the whole problem was my fault that was it for me!

Actuall this is Billy Gibbons. If you want the absolute best, then John Hurley is just that. I had a difficult case but, I am disabled (and have been). The local office denied me and, denied my appeal. I had been using a Lawyer who never spoke to me and, the paralegal I spoke to left that firm. So I hired Mr, Hurley. Honestly, without 'the greatest SSDI lawyer in the known world', I'd likely have received a negative judgement. Mr Hurley ESQ 'kicked arse' and, I received a positive judgement. He is excellent ! Could ,possibly, be the best in the universe but, I couldn't afford transportation to the moon so, I'm sticking to the best SSDI attorney on this planet. You talk to him, personally (not some Paralegal). Just one 'bad ass' that deserves the ESQ. If you are with somebody else and, talking to paralegals, you should change to Mr Hurley.

Ecelent they was very helpful my case was solve really fast they constantly communicate with me about everything going on with my case best of the best I'm always greatful to them

I was promised 3 times the lawyer would review my case and someone would give me a call back. Still waiting for that call.
