We hired Mr. Cadwalader to help us with the eviction of one of our tenants. He was extremely helpful. John knows the law, explains things very clearly, and is efficient. I highly recommend Mr. Cadwalader to any property owner who may be dealing with a difficult tenant.

What a lawyer.. Mr. John Cadwalader did a phenomenal job evicting our tenant in a very expeditious manner. He is very professional and will do his job right! We didn’t have to keep asking him anything he just did it all and kept us informed when we had to be updated. Easy and fast. Hands down best attorney. He is very responsive and answers all my crazy questions. Girls in office are very friendly. Have used John on multiple tenant eviction cases have never had any issues. Got my evictions done in a timely manor.

Mr. John Cadwalader is Very Polite and Easy to work with however each interaction i have had with his “help” “Jasmine” She has a horrible attitude by phone and in person, she acts like she is the attorney or something when she is nobody. She needs to learn her place.

Mr. Cadwalader was very rude and not helpful at all. When my mother and I tried to explain our circumstances to him to he was not polite and often dismissed what we had to say. In addition, he was focused on areas that were not tied to his area focus and never addressed the questions that we specifically called him for. We also told him that my grandmother passed away a month ago and that we had an executed trust; however, he laughed at how my grandmother wrote the Trust and said he wasn't willing to help us. If he wasn't willing help us, that would not have been a problem. It's his attitude and terrible bedside manners that hurt the most. I would NEVER recommend this person for any legal assistance.
