I have yet to retain Mr. Sutton for legal work, but I contacted him as recommended by a realtor who was selling us property in the ADK Park. Mr Sutton told us of a very important ADK requirement that should be taken into consideration prior to buying. He looked into legal requirements on the matter and informed us of the situation.
