Huge THANK YOU to Johnson Law Group for choosing my situation for a class action law suit. They were very concise, very easy to work with, & took care of all details needed for me to partake in the suit. All I had to do was sign documents & give permission for records, etc. They helped me out while I was in a detrimental situation while being fully physically disabled. They were available for questions and updates each time I called & gave me assurance that all was under control as well as updates on case. Thank You Sincerely JLG for your service, kindness & prompt updates on this case! I will def recommend your group to people in my situation when applicable!
There's no way at this point of time I can give a positive review. I've been dealing with a medical device lawsuit since 2017 with this lawfirm. In January they claim that they reached a settlement and in the end of February I signed a offer. Since the beginning of March I've been waiting on "lien resolution". I call about every month and it's still same story with lien resolution. 6 months and still same answer after years of this. Honestly if I would of known this how this whole process was going to work out , I would of went with a different law firm.
I must say my experience with Johnson Law Group has been excellent. I was kept informed, had my questions answered, and was always able to reach them when I telephoned. I could not have asked for better representation. In particular I want to thank Ruby Tuckler, Legal Assistant, for her patience and multiple contacts ironing out the successful closure of my case. Hats off to Texas Ruby!
Sad to say I can identify with majority of the complaints listed. I was told communication would be received almost 2 months ago. As of today no updated information. I asked for guidance as I haven't been able to work since January but was told my case hasn't been settled. Well that's what pre settlement means, before settlement. I wish some of these reviews would have been available before I signed on with this firm. I am actively seeking new representation. I don't want to end up with less than $1000 or losing my home as other clients have. I understand hard work deserves payment but what about those of us that have endured pain and are still experiencing pain. I have been patient for quite some time but even the strongest person has their limits. This is mine.
I'm disappointed at the moment about them..I'm a client due to camp lejune..and I feel like I've been tricked into signing a agreement..that wasn't what I thought it was..so I called immediately. And was reassured that it wasn't set in stone..then 2 days later I get a email telling me that yes it is... I've been passed around to four or five different people and really feel like I am being sold short..we'll see??
