Mr. Johnson has recently helped us navigate through a very complicated drawn-out legal situation. His ability to respond to the many challenges of this case was impressive and we felt as though we were part of a team, not simply waiting to hear occasional updates. He has always been extremely professional and responsive to our many questions. His knowledge of the legal system and ability to work with all parties for the best outcome for his client helped move this along for which we were grateful. There may be higher priced lawyers out there but certainly no better than Mr. Johnson.

I was in Mt. Pleasant on vacation in May, and accidently scraped the car next to me when pulling into the hotel parking lot after dinner one night. I didn't know it at the time. A policeman knocked on my door at 12:30am telling me I was going to jail for failing to file an incident report. He woke me out of a dead sleep, repeating those words several times. Scared me to death! I'm a female in my 60s and I've never been to jail! Anyway, he wrote me a ticket. Initially I was going to pay it but was advised against it because of the insurance ramifications. My NC attorney referred me to David Johnson and he took care of the whole thing for me. Case and ticket dismissed. I would have spent more than the fee he charged me to drive the 4+ hours down there and try to fight it myself. Plus I may have lost. Good attorneys are worth their weight in gold because they know what they are doing and they have established relationships with the judges, prosecutors, police, etc. that you and I don't have. David is one of those attorneys. I highly recommend him.

Working with Attorney Johnson was a positive experience for me. Divorce proceedings are never easy. But working with David make it that much more doable. He was responsive and followed up as needed. I would recommend him to anyone.
