Matthew has handled my embarrassing amount of legal issues in a way that not only made me feel confident about having him on my team but also had any other legal advisor I had telling me he was doing all of the right things. He's been a life saver for me and continues to help me and my business out in any way he can. He goes above and beyond, you won't be disappointed!

I was initially excited to hire Matthew as my attorney after seeing all these positive reviews. lets start with his office in Lake City where i met him.. the office is very difficult to find and parking is very difficult. nnWhen you enter the building there is a very strange feeling, it does not feel professional at all. i opened the door to his "office" myself which felt more like a teenagers bedroom really with his Hookah under his desk lol, i felt as i was intruding on his personal space. however he did welcome me in and started to discuss his fees and what to expect etc..nnDespite the strange office and crummy parking I walked away from the appointment still feeling ok about hiring him to represent me..... nnUntil about a week later when i was serious and ready to get things going, thats when things went south. i secured the funds to pay him and sent him all the information he needed to start my case. i emailed him multiple times with no response. i called his number multiple times and left voicemail's multiple times with no response. (FYI when you call Matthews "office" all you get is a generic automated message that says " you have reached some other number than what you actually dialed, please leave a message after the beep") very unprofessional voicemail. nnFinally i said forget it and decided to call around to different attorneys and within the same day i found an attorney for a thousand dollars cheaper who saw me within the hour after calling him and filed my case that day.nnoverall i would not recommend Matthew to anyone, everything is unprofessional, his office feels like a teenagers bedroom, his voicemail is not business oriented, he does not respond in a timely manner.nnI actually feel very uncomfortable that he has all my personal information now.. i wish i had realized it was unprofessional from the get go after seeing his office.

Matthew did a fantastic job dealing with my crazy circumstances . I was in tears; he didn't bat an eye, didn't make me feel terrible about myself, and encouraged me. It was nice NOT feeling like a victim and being empowered. I would recommend Matthew to anyone having financial difficulties and needing bankruptcy help. THANK YOU!

Great lawyer,very sincere in helping your cause! I was extremely nervous about filing bankruptcy,but he reassured me he would answer every question I had and would continue to help even after case was settled if need be.
