Listen, Akam, who I spoke with over the phone, was nothing short of a doll and a gentleman. Never before in my life have I been treated so well over the phone. By the time we ended our call, I felt as though I’d received a facial, foot massage, and mud bath all in the comfort of my folding chair in the middle of my otherwise empty living room.
