I wouldn’t recommend this firm to my worst enemy! I went to one of Rajiv’s seminars over 10 years ago. My father was very ill and we had a will and a trust in place for my parents. He told me it was all wrong and I needed to redo it to “safe guard my parents assets!” I told him of all their income and assists and he still recommended we change things. Well, after ten years of working with the firm and being bounced around to different lawyers my mother passed away this last October with things worse off than when we started. One of their properties was never put in the trust and I paid them over 15K to do that along with estate/asset planning, but really they gave me one property of three in the trust and that was it. I ended up having to do a probate anyways when with what I had originally could’ve been sufficient: Every time I picked up the phone and called them for answers I was charged more and more money. I finally stopped calling cause it just got no where. When it was all said and done, they did barely ANYTHING for the cost and the headache. AVOID doing business with this firm at all costs.

Rajiv's process is very comprehensive. He covers aspects you may not normally consider part of "estate planning". He really listens to your wishes, is non-judgemental, educational and informative. He makes it easy by taking it step by step ensuring you are comfortable all along the way. And facilitating the family meeting was very helpful. We're very happy with the services. This really is his life's work and when you meet him you understand why.
