My husband and I were fortunate enough to stumble across Jon when we were in search of an attorney that would represent the creditor in a bankruptcy case. Jon offered a free consult for bankruptcy cases so we scheduled an appointment to discuss our case. He was knowledgeable in how to address the issues we were dealing with so we hired him to represent us. Jon did a great job at keeping in touch and informing us of all deadlines and proceedings. We greatly appreciated his knowledge of both the creditor and debtor side of bankruptcy proceedings and willingness to work with us as the creditors.

Back with a second review: Recently we needed Jon's counsel on how to move my mom's house from her trust to our family trust. Jon walked us through the process and options and prepared the deed in time for our loan closing. We continue to be happy and loyal clients. We are building in Sisters and our house designer recommended Jonathan for our estate planning needs. We were very satisfied with the service he and his assistant Amanda provided. Since we were still living in the Valley, communication was key. I called to see if I could meet with this lawyer to see if he was right to represent me. His secretary instantly made me an appointment. When I showed up I was informed that even to determine if he should represent me would cost $250 per hour. Luckily Jonathan Basham never returned from lunch for our 1:30 appointment so I left to find a prompter lawyer who will at least hear what my issue is.
