Mr. Jones helped my father in 2007 when he got hurt at work & has become a big part of my family. He helped us when my oldest son got hit by a car during a school parade 2010 & in 2019 he helped us get answers for my youngest son's death in an auto accident when we couldn't get any information from the police. Mr. Jones cares about his clients & in my personal opinion he has been a God sent every time my family needed someone we trusted on our side.

I,ve read some of these reviews about Ray's firm and im really upset. As for this firm they were awesome with me. They always kept me updated on whatever is going on and never was they once rude. Sure it takes time for them to work the legal system and its because they try to get the best for you. I never new Ray until my accident and from day one he and his staff has treated me like I was family. So all I can say is to be patient and let them do their job so they can get the best results for you..Rome wasn't built in a day. Be patient!!!

Don't recommend, treated poorly, felt beneath them. That's the way they wanted me to feel I thought. I was getting the feeling I was sold out, went and got my files, waste of my time. Going a different route, myself could do better than this law firm, I lost trust In Kevin Keene. They care for there own gain and thats it. Think before you choose. Go beyond like county completely. I wish I could give them no stars, that's how disappointed I was.

I was in a bad car accident and received life altering injuries. It's been a long road of recovery for me and unable to return back to work yet and it's been almost a year. The stress of recovering and the stress of having communication issues with this law firm have been overwhelming. I've had the worst experience with Kevin Keene. The Lack of correct information between staff and myself. I will never recommend them to anyone.
