Horrible representation. Was never notified about the status of my case with any updates; and after over a yr there was still no relief.. Absolutely a horrible experience. I definitely REGRET having David Lang represent me. It was a WASTE of my time.

From start to finish, I represented myself "pro se" as a plaintiff in a court case (Waukesha County Case #2019SC001403). The case ended with a 3-hour court trial. The attorney used by the defendant (the defendant being a business) was an attorney from Judge Lang & Katers, LLC. The attorney's name was David J. Lang. With a moral code that would seem pretty low, David staunchly defended his client despite multiple "inconsistencies" told throughout this case by his client and despite a large amount of evidence I provided as proof to my claims. In the end, Mr. Lang (with his close to 3 decades of litigating experience) and his clients lost to me, a pro se litigant with zero formal legal training whatsoever. Is that who you would want representing you in your personal case? I'd imagine not. I did have some amount of contact with Attorney William Judge. He seems like a straight up and honest individual with a moral integrity that is much higher than that of Lang. He also seems like an experienced attorney who I would consider using if I ever needed an attorney. I have had no contact with Attorney Katers, he might be great...I don't know. Based on my experience and among other reasons, I would not recommend Attorney David J. Lang from this office if you actually want to win your case.

Follow up after payment completion became our job. Two years in a row we were sent letters from the court about not getting taxes I dropped off to his office. He says they sent copies to the courts. They dont have the copies and my question is so what happened to the copies of my taxes! Unbelievable!

I was involved in a bad accident sitting in the passenger seat and the driver hit the back of the semi, all the other lawyers said there's nothing we can do about it but he took an aggressive approach from the start and is doing what a lawyer should it's nice knowing that they are actually doing there job highly recommended from my experience
