For the past three years, I have been going through a horrendous custody battle with the father of my daughter. I called Ms. Sartains office in tears. I just needed someone to hear me. The receptionist heard my desperation and I was told to be there in 10 minutes. Lauren came in first and Misty joined her. I told them what was going on and they both agreed it was an emergency situation. They immediately went and got Ms. Sartain and then a plan of action was put into place. They were responsive and not once did I feel like I was a nuisance. Within three days, we got into a court room and I was awarded full custody of my daughter. I was extremely let down with my past attorneys and Ms. Sartain was just a breath of fresh air. Her staff was just as amazing. I can’t thank you all enough. I won’t call anyone else, ever. My loyalty will forever stay with this office. ??????

Lydia is THE BEST! She has represented me twice in custody cases and she will always be my go-to. She listens and she cares. She really showed concern for the welfare of my children and went to bat for us. After a ten hour hearing, the judge was able to get a clear picture of the situation and rule in the favor of my children's wellbeing. Unfortunately, the opposing party was upset by the ruling and left an extremely unwarranted 1-star review for Lydia. I highly recommend Lydia as well as her wonderful staff!

Lydia and her Staff have been amazing to say the least. They have your best interest in mind at all times, and only want what will be the best and simplest outcome. She and her assistant Dawn made me feel comfortable and took the time to sit down with me and explain the do's and don'ts, cans and can'ts of the process. I would highly recommend Lydia to anyone!
