I have worked with Julie Matthes and her farm for many years. They truly care about their clients and do whatever they can to protect them. What is graders they communicate with the real estate agents which makes the transaction move much more smoothly. Pat Grassi was the paralegal on my first deal ever in real estate and she is incredible. I’m very fortunate to have found this law office and refer Julie on a regular basis as I know that my clients are in good hands with her and her staff.

One of the most incompetent law offices I've ever seen in my life. They can't seem to get simple tasks done in any efficient manner. On top of that, 'Pat' has an attitude problem and is extremely unprofessional. Find another law firm to deal with, this is the one you run away from. If you somehow still choose them despite reading all these bad reviews, they will very likely mess up your deal, or at the very least cost you a lot more than if you just chose someone competent.

After having issues with Julie Matthes' service, I had contacted the office where Patti did her best to assist. However, while speaking with Julie about the matter she was rude, abrupt and has still not contacted me back with a resolution. There are many other local, competent lawyers to hire, so I would not recommend her services.

My wife and I used Julie Matthes to close on our first home. Unfortunately, she missed a major permit issue with the home. After trusting her guidance and closing on the home, I found out she never pulled any files from the town and major renovations that included natural gas lines were unsafe, not to town code, unpermitted and will cost thousands to rectify. After numerous attempts at discussing this issue with the goal of dealing with it amicably, she has instead decided to ignore the situation all together and has not reached back out. As a first time home buyer, I felt the need to pass this information along to others so hopefully this does not reoccur to other innocent, hard working people who just want to start a family and buy a home.
