5 Stars are not enough! Cynthia, Felicia and Jane were absolutely amazing in making things happen as projected after our mortgage company dropped the ball an hour prior to closing. They allowed us to use their office and equipment to provide more paperwork to the mortgage company and squeezed us in at a later hour to ensure everything was settled before we left. I would 1000% recommend their services.

Front Office person very sweet, helpful, & welcoming. Kim Lagrand through email correspondence and over the phone was very rude. For no reason. Jennifer who did the closing didnt acknowledge me in the room when she walked in, just handed me the Alta statement. She also stared at my Buyer while she signed papers and while she was looking for her license , Jennifer just sat there with an unpleasent look staring at her. It made her daughter and I uncomfortable. They don't believe in Pandemic or CDC. Guidelines. No one had on a mask. Stay safe people. And be nice. I do not recommend closing here.

Great closing attorney. Everyone was very welcoming, polite and professional. They walked through every step with precise detail as to what easy document was and meant in plain spoken English. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t imagine being any more comfortable during a closing than I was here. Great folks who have won my business for years to come!!

Very knowledgeable and professional group. They are always so helpful with my clients needs and questions. As a realtor I must add that they've even helped me with my clients that were not closing at their office. They're just a very friendly and caring group.

This firm recently conducted the sale of an investment property I had in Woodstock. My buyer had designated them as the closing attorney. First, there are a couple positive aspects of my experience. The post-closer promptly wired seller proceeds. Not all law firms are diligent about other people’s money and it was much appreciated these folks were attentive in this particular area. Additionally, the people I interacted with at the firm were generally polite in how they conducted their communication. Now for why I will never use this firm again or allow any buyer of mine to use them: 1) Junk Fees! I am not surprised when the used car dealer charges a few hundred dollars for the meaningless clear coat. It is unprecedented when a law firm charges exorbitant and aberrant fees. Their response to my inquiry on this matter was “yes, but our fees for more customary items are in line with industry standards.” O.k., so that justifies ripping off your customers with fictitious fees in other areas?!? 2) These folks loathe technology. They don’t understand it, don’t like it, and don’t want to use it. It makes for an unnecessarily cumbersome and inefficient closing process. 3) Unfulfilled Commitments. Attorney made commitments that, despite my follow-ups, were not fulfilled. “I promise to call you with an answer by 1p” apparently means “You will never hear from me again.” 4) Propensity to repeatedly request the same information. We supplied the firm with a robust document containing every last piece of information it needed for the closing. Nevertheless, the pre-closer kept asking for the same info that was contained in the document. Apparently it was easier to generate new emails instead of reading what they already had. Fortunately, the marketplace for closing attorneys is a competitive landscape. I would suggest exploring alternatives if cost, communication, or efficiency is anywhere on your list of priorities.
