I had the most delightful experience at the DMV today! To my surprise, the wait times were incredibly short. I arrived at the DMV just before my appointment time and was promptly called to the front desk. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out in no time at all! The staff were incredibly organized and professional, and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to process my license renewal. Overall, it was a great experience. In addition to the short wait times, the atmosphere at the DMV was clean and well organized. The floors were spotless, and the furniture looked new. It was clear that the staff took great pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming. The waiting area was spacious, and there was plenty of seating available. I felt very comfortable while I waited for my appointment, and I was able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Finally, the staff at the DMV were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff went out of their way to answer any questions I had and made me feel like a valued customer. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their job and wanted to make sure that everyone had a positive experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this DMV to anyone looking for a fast, clean, and friendly experience!

This is the slowest driver's license department I've ever been to in my life. Today was the 2nd time I've been here since a year ago. Both times the employees at the counter move extremely sluggish. There's no sense of urgency to get people in and out. Especially with there being a lobby full of people. My only wish is that they hire employees that can execute the job in a timely manner.

I was positively impressed by how efficient and quick our visit was. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and polite. We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes, and Marie was delightful to talk with. She was so patient and helpful, answering all of our questions. Throughout all the years and multiple visits I’ve had to do at the DMV office across the US, this was by far the most pleasant one.

This location says they allow walk-ins but are clearly not staffed for walk-in appointments. I noticed 11 kiosks not including the stations for drivers testing and about 4 employees total. When I checked in I was told if you don’t come when your number is called you lose your spot BUT they circled back to several missed numbers specifically R652 and R654 stuck out the most. Edited to add they called for R654 another two times! This guy left over an hour (we were sitting next to each other) Please I am R659 please just move up the line like you said. It always blows my mind how inefficiently the DMV is ran. Several employees moving at a snails pace from office to office, on what appears to be their personal devices etc. two employees at the check in counter but only one employee actually checking people in. If only I could have this mediocre work ethic and get away with it. The sloths working the DMV in Zootopia is no joke. Praying I don’t have to come back for at least 10 years.

Easy to find. Lots of parking. Best of all, it wasn't very busy. I usually wait forever when renewing my driver's license, but this time I did not. It took maybe half and hour total.
