I am not ready to comment on how they charge but it took SIX MONTHS to get an accounting and refund of balance from retainer out of them. This despite numerous reminders from us, assurances from them. Not a good way to conduct business and I will be looking over the billing very carefully. Also, while I could be mistaken, the 5 star reviews on here seem to be peers and professionals rather than clientele.

I attended the Tenenbaum Law firm 2016 TNT summer BBQ. I had a great time and met a great group of people. Karen and her team hosted an awesome event and are a wonderful group to work with. Looking forward to next years event.

I have been working with this law firm for more than 10 years. As a CPA I refer difficult cases to them and I also call for assistance with some of my in house cases. They are extremely good at negotiating with the IRS & NYS. I have and will continue to recommend them for tax resolution.

Beware! This law firm is rather greedy. Once you sign that initial agreement to pay for their services, they will start spending more time on your case than you ever agreed or expected, billing and double-billing you for work that is not really necessary or tangential time that other firms would not bill. They will find ways to run up your bill far beyond what they originally estimate to you. They will treat your wallet like an "all-you-can-eat" buffet. If you don't believe me, just take a good look at their waistline.
