This office did not meet my expectations. My divorce took 2 years, most in part because she thought we had reconciled, which we had not, nor did I provide this information or ask my divorce be placed on hold. She could not justify her fees, only providing me with a date and charge, no accountability of services rendered. When accountability was requested, I was charged a lawyers fee and not provided with information on what was actually performed. In addition, she accepted calls from my ex and charged me accordingly without my permission. These calls were to seek legal guidance as he could not afford a lawyer.

Her retainer is half the price of my previous divorce attorney and her hourly rate is $100 less. I have never seen anything on the bill that shouldn't be there. I would highly recommend Karen Leder for anyone going through a divorce or custody situation. She is amazing and I am lucky to have someone as smart and experienced as her in my corner!
