We paid Eugene a retainer for services. Eugene completed the services without issue, and confirmed via invoice that we used less than half of the retainer. A refund was promised by reasonable time frame, we are way past the reasonable timeframe and have not received a refund. Additionally, Eugene has stopped returning our phone calls leaving us with no choice but to leave negative reviews due to the terrible experience we are having with him. Update: after several voicemails went unreturned I left a message stating I was going to leave a negative review explaining the situation. Somehow miraculously I got a phone call less than 24 hours after originally writing this review. Lots of excuses and apologies and eventually got refunded about a week later, but the whole process took significantly longer than it should have. Not sure what would have happened if I didn’t write this review. Ultimately he didn’t keep our money, but he didn’t refund it easily or efficiently either.

Eugene no call no showed to two appointments he set up with me for a consultation. This is probably going to destroy me and my family due to the timing.

Just a waste of time and a waste of 5000 for nothing and seems to be on counselors sides instead of yours I had a messy divorce and did not have an attorney at the time hired him to try and redo my parenting plan waste of time money and energy

Kept paying more and more for “consul stations.” And to set up paperwork for court, he never really accomplished anything and I ended up paying him over $2000.
