I called, was told to full out a form online, did, and didn't hear anything for a week. I called to check in and was told I'd get a call back. Four days later I called back and was told they couldn't help me, no reason given. This was a waste of time and energy. They definitely need to work on their communication skills.

My family and I have been with Karlin & Karlin for many years and after experiencing how other firms work, I can honestly say that there is no better place to get representation than here. I Hired Marc in 2017, to help me with my case to remove conditions on my green card after I had divorced my ex, before my conditional green card expired. Marc guided me through the extremely lengthy process, helped me to collect evidence to support my case, came with me to the interview, but to our surprise, the agent that interviewed me completely misread my case and my application was denied, and I was set to appear before an immigration judge. I was broken, and felt like my whole life was about to change because I was not treated fairly. Marc assured me that he believed in my case, and even though my emotions were running pretty high during that time, he and his team handled it so well and were very kind and understanding. He suggested that we file a new application with evidence that correlates to each point made by the agent as to why I was rejected. We filed a new application, and we were both expecting another interview for me to  have a second chance to be able to explain my situation, and how I was not treated fairly by the agent, but again to our surprise, my new application was APPROVED! just like that... no interview or anything, and I got my new green card in the mail 3 days later. I could not believe it when he called me with the great news! I am finally able to travel and see my family!! He then suggested that we notify the immigration judge of my approval, and file a motion to terminate my court hearing, before I travel, and we did just that. I just got back to the US from traveling overseas, with no issues at the border at all. feeling grateful that I had made the decision to hire Marc 5 years ago. Fast forward, we are now waiting for my citizenship interview! If you are considering hiring Marc, this is your sign to just do it!
