Kathleen is awesome. From day one you know she has your best interest. She is awesome at preparing you for what can be a frustrating time and she genuinely cares. Your not just a case or a number. You are a person and she makes you feel matter.

If there was a lower rating than one star I would give it. She misrepresented herself and caused horrible problems in my case and now I'm screwed. Oh after a year of saying I needed help, she dropped my case because I wasn't doing a good enough job of putting my case together!
