I called to make an appointment with this firm. I was set for one the following week, and was told since it was too close in time to mail the paperwork, we should stop by the office and pick it up. We stopped by later in the day to pick up the paperwork, and I stood near Theresa's desk for over five minutes and she didn't bother to even acknowledge me by saying just a moment, or anything. Not like she can't see you when you're six feet away. She was so engaged with her phone call she apparently lost all sense of professionalism. I walked out. Went home and called to cancel the appointment. When I called to cancel, I told her my name and would like to cancel our appointment, she said okay and hung up. If this firm can't even hire someone with a modicum of professionalism, can't imagine how bad the attorneys are.

We loved working with Weisha! She is very thorough and clear. She is direct and has an effective partnership in her office, so she has great resources. Would hire her again. Teresa is helpful and has a friendly demeanor.
