Don’t waste your time here… every court hearing you have you will try to be convinced to take a plea deal. Communication isn’t very good either, very first court hearing I had for my case Mackenzie was sick and didn’t show up but Bruce did in her replacement and he showed up late at that. Now I understand people get sick and you can’t prevent that, however a phone call from someone in the office to inform me of what was happening would of been nice that way I wasn’t just sitting there without my legal representation wondering where they were because they were late! You can give them so much proof and evidence for your case and half of won’t be used, and they just expect you to know who to bring in for a witness on your behalf. They just want your money and to not actually help you

Do not trust this firm. Very, very bad. Nothing is explained. You get blindsided FAST. You never have any idea what's going on with your case until you're in prison and there's nothing to prevent it. Totally unprepared.Unwilling to discuss legal jargon with you. Unwilling to provide legal research bibliography. Unwilling to provide useful legal information. You can't fight without tools. You only LOSE YOUR LIFE. PERMANENTLY. No Expungements allowed in Ohio.

Today was our first experience with Austin Ervin. We aren't very far into the case yet, but I will say that for the first time in almost 5 years it feels like we are being heard. He answered all of our questions thus far and truly gave us a sense of security in feeling that he is going to set biases aside and fight for what's right. Austin Ervin is THE lawyer of choice. He excelled at his job and fought hard to bring justice to my family. We counseled together a couple times before going to the hearing and he was very thorough and addressed all of the main topics that I thought would be relevant.
