They were nothing but kind and understanding to my situation and they got my case dismissed within a reasonable amount of time! They are professional and ethical. Teresa is great and Ms. Harrell was a fantastic lawyer and knows the law very intricately. If I ever need any advice or need a defense attorney, this is where I’m going. (YOU SHOULD TOO!)

Ms Harrell and her staff were excellent in handling our case. The whole legal process was unfamiliar to me. Ms. Harrell, Victoria, and all staff made the process much less stressful. Ultimately our case was dismissed with Ms. Harrell’s expertise.

Didn’t return any of my partner’s calls. Called a couple times and they “wrote my info” down. Even went on the website to fill out a couple forms. Don’t let this lawfirm fool you, these people help who they want to apparently and if your job doesn’t match up to their “criteria”, they won’t go as far as a call back or a consultation. Discrimination at it’s finest and please don’t come under here and say you all don’t see the name in the files because you aren’t going to. I’ll take my case and money to a law firm that actually cares.

I retained Mrs. Harrell as my attorney for a misdemeanor charge on 10/13/2023 and in just 4 months my case was DISMISSED ???? During that time, Rachel was efficient in contacting me and requesting all the necessary documents I needed to add to my file to ensure my case was dismissed (proof of anger management completion, proof of individualized counseling, proof of couples counseling, 3 letters of character) A hearing date was scheduled for 1/10/24 which I didn’t have to attend and was rescheduled to 2/21/24. My case has been dismissed before this second hearing date. Rachel has been easy to contact via text and email and would send me updates of my case via text in a timely manner. She has answered my questions throughly and has provided useful resources to assist me in this process. I was set up to pay $4500 total, paying $500 a month over the next 9 months, but because my case was dismissed way earlier than I expected, Rachel informed me that Mrs. Harrell would not be charging me any additional fees. I ended paying a total of $2000. I highly recommend Mrs. Harrell’s Law Office as they are efficient, dependable, responsive and most importantly, prioritize your case to provide you the best possible outcome.
