God sent! I was wrongfully accused of a criminal action far from home and I never saw it coming. This experience is one I would not wish on anyone except, my accuser. I was fortunate enough to meet Joe Uccello in the cafeteria of the Pinellas County Court building. Joe was “God sent”; I explained my dilemma and asked for his assistance. Immediately, Joe outlined the necessary steps he would take in this matter. He was professional yet, a regular person, engaged, thorough and comforting. He told me not to worry, go home and I will begin my investigation. As Joe proceeded and throughout the process he was timely, honest, efficient and always kept me up to date. In just six weeks, Joe completed his investigation assembled the facts and presented his finding to the District Attorney’s Office. As a result, the criminal action was completely dismissed and my integrity is restored. Further, Joe’s excellent support team headed by Ashley began the process of having my arrest record expunged, as if the incident never occurred. Unlike some attorneys, billing hours are generally their focus but Joe’s focus was always doing the right thing at a reasonable rate. I owe a debt of gratitude to his law firm but, especially Joe and Ashley. They are true professionals in regular folk’s cloths.

MS.McCabe is a hard working attorney and will fight for you... even though every situation is different ms.mccabe fought for me to get the help I needed... I am now doing much better in life I’m sober/clean, working and in school. I know I will never have to hire her again but I recommend anyone looking for help to contact her office. Her representation fees are not as high as the other attorneys in the area and she’s definitely willing to work with you.. me and my family are so grateful for her and her team. Ashley her assistant is also very kind and is always there to also help.. THANK YOU

Kelly McCabe, I would not recommend her. She lies alot she tells you one thing and the outcome is always different and no good. She is my boyfriend's attorney and she has lied to him about everything telling him he wasn't going to prison and that she would take care of everything for him but she hasn't done anything and he is going prison. So if you have her for your attorney I highly recommend that you find someone else. She is a liar! Plain and simple..

On june 17th Kelly mccabe was suspended practicing law in the state of Florida also this same day she personally took a 1000 dollar payment from me to take on my DUI case. She after had been in touch to take additional money never stating she legally couldn't practice law or take my money in good standing. July 22nd she never attended my court date naturally and the judge state attorney and officers of the court educated me to Kelly mccabe situation. She has of course cut off all contact now after stealing client's money before they found out the truth of mrs mccabe legal situation. I now have to hire a civil attorney to side Mrs mccabe for my money paid to her for service's never rendered. All of her addressed for her practice are also false one is even a Spa. Mrs Mccabe knowINGLY TOOK PAYMENTS from me and what looks like others for what can only be her very own personal gain and nothing else. That is a quality or trait that proves this woman can never be trusted and only her own best interests are at heart.

Mr. Uccello helped me with a traffic ticket. He was very personable, easy to get talk to, and the best part was that he got my ticket dismissed and I never even had to go to court. I would highly recommend Mr. Uccello!
