I've been working with Richard here for several months to get my lot split and it's been the most difficult experience just to get basic actions done by him. There was a full month in which he didn't answer my emails and phone calls to update me on the process and after that month we found out he hadn't done what he was supposed to do.nnIn the end he severely over charged me and wouldn't consider the fact that he had wasted months of my time. I would look elsewhere.
