Not very honest. I hired Kennard law firm for my employment case. His assistant said I needed $250 to talk to him. After setting up the appointment, he said $7500 for a retainer. He wanted to meet only via phone call. He really doesn’t have an office in San Antonio. His office in Houston, where he is based, is now closed due to unpaid rent. After googling his name, I found out that he has a few DWI charges against him and that he is sanctioned in Minnesota for practicing law without a license. He has many grievance cases against him. I don’t know what happened to Alfonso Kennard but he is going downhill fast. If you want to make a quick case and pay a few thousand to make a lawsuit, then hire Mr Kennard. But I am sure he will disappear after your money payment .

Very unprofessional law firm.. they will disappear without a trace and will not contact you back for months. Unless you file an grievance, then they will contact you apologizing making up lies on why they haven't called back nor responded back to any of your emails or calls. Very unprofessional wish I never hired them at all. Don't bother letting Kennard represent you. Your better off finding another attorney

I hired Alfonso Kennard in 2020 he ask me for 1,500 dollars in check the first time, the second time he ask me to wire 175 dollars every month, i trust him. I talked to him personally on the phone I lived in San Antonio he promise to take care of my case, from Wall-mart, just to help me to get my money for my unemployment. Instead he take my case.? He put another lawyer with the name Cristabel Jimenez I was not happy at all, so i trust them but i don't recommend at all because they didn't win my case, just they stole my money. the amount of $3,500 dollars. just starting the case. then I talk to him on the phone and he was sarcastic saying then he won't be able to give me my money back then to fix the problem he ask me for $15.000 dollars more to fight wall-mart. i answered to him you stole my money. i don't believe in you no more. I am going to talk bad about you and I am very upset BECAUSE YOU ARE A LIER NOT A LAWYER.

Alfonso, and team, were amazing!! They did not allow my previous employer to bully me anymore! Him and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I felt confident going into court. Alfonso always knew my case was a winning case; as no one should be bullied, especially in a place of work. He fought for me every step of the way; even when they challenged him! He persevered and we came out on top! I have recommended him to my friends and family, and would call him again for my legal needs!! Thank you, Alfonso, and team, for making this terrible time a lot easier to manage!!
