I had a simple real estate matter for which I was specifically referred to K & K by another attorney. Left msg with the curt and unfriendly paralegal and received a call back from one of the attorneys 2 days later, which I just missed taking. After calling back 15 minutes after missing the call, and leaving another message, I have yet to receive a callback now after almost 2 weeks. 2 stars because they are supposedly competent, but 3 deducted for absurdly inadequate and unprofessional communications practices. I have contacted 4 attorneys in Canandaigua and have been treated excellently by all but K & K. Bottom line is there are at least 3 superior law firms 1 block and 1 phone call away.

Very competent and extremely helpful. Russ was exceptional in handling our home refinancing. They are real-estate experts.

Very unfriendly on the phone I hung up and tried a different law firm they were able to help me and we’re very friendly
