DA Kerstetter recently prosecuted a case against a friend of mine. It was apparent as he listened to the case, that he genuinely cared about the recovery of my friend. In a case where he was supposed to prosecute, he upheld the law, while also modeling grace and understanding. We understand the sentencing that had to happen, but DA Kerstetter seemed to genuinely understand the life change that has already taken place and wanted to help him continue that life change rather than to squelch everything that has happened. That is a rare sight in today's judicial system. Thank you for restoring our faith in it!

Mr. Kerstetter was incredibly easy to work with and extremely knowledgable. He took the time to really research the issue and explain his findings in a clear manner. Not interested in family values at all...after spending 3 hrs in court trying to bring my daughter home and getting nowhere my daughter is now just like her mother...drugs, sex, alcohol. All that matters to him is sending out a bill with no description or explanation of the amount due and expects you to pay or get sued...no return phone call from him. He sued me and used his friendship with Judge Armbruster to ignore my requests and now wants to take my property via sheriff sale. WARNING...unless you have an open purse or blank check wrote to him he's not interested in helping you.
