I find it corrupt when he works with a felon, knows she's lying, knows she committed a felony to obtain a court order, and he's helping her instead of prosecuting her. He's helping her harass and bully someone else. This person has filed multiple false complaints and lied in her complaints, but he'll give her a free pass. Layton City is corrupt and refuses to investigate when there's piles of evidence. (The woman called her husband to the bedroom, undressed, then the next day lied to police claiming it was an assault. Even worse - that's her description of events - calling him and undressing. Her attorney didn't even want it read in court even though it should make the accused look bad, because in reality it makes the accuser look awful.) Yes, McGaha rewarding this woman in any way is awful... this guy is THAT corrupt. She lies about him being across the street in his car - zero consequences. She makes up threats and other things - zero consequences. She lies to police about social media posts, and they go after the guy instead of her for lying. He's so dumb he even responds mentioning cases against him, not her, to prove me right. I do not find McGaha to be honest, especially when he's rewarding a felon, a criminal, instead of holding her accountable. And yes, kids are having their father taken away because of horrible people like McGaha enabling fraud and abuses of the system. Gary Haws is a crooked ex cop helping this person (he admitted under oath to using his cop facebook profiles to spy on and harass me). He even replies with a lie as the first case will be heard in October, not November. And moving to a different office in no way cleans his hands of what he did. McGaha just wanted to prove how dishonest and corrupt he is, apparently. What a joke. UPDATE: the witness list was requested of McGaha's office in September. It was not provide it until the day before trial, which is are discovery and due process violations. That ends Kevin's involvement. In trial I proved their witnesses lied. The Layton city officer lied in his report. The woman involved told police not to investigate her allegation but told the court it was an active case. It's a felony to lie in this instance but McGaha ignored it. This is why the system is broken - corrupt people allowing lies without consequence. ‘Abuse of process‘ occurs when a person uses a legal process for something it's not intended - and McGaha enabled this abuse and corruption as well. Crooked as can be. I even proved I hadn't received Exhibit 1. So the new prosecutor lied to everyone - said I had been in court, but couldn't prove it (burden of proof is on the prosecution.) Layton City is so crooked, they had insufficient evidence, but the judge allowed them to present new evidence - even after he lied to the jury claiming I wasn't honest because I said I wasn't there. This is corruption, plain and simple, all documented. 1) Court recording and documents prove I was never in court for the hearing. My attorney and work timesheet also prove it. 2) The document says "served in court", not to whom. In no way does it say I was there, so Mark Arrington lied and told the jury I wasn't being honest. He screwed up. (McGaha handed him this case.) 5) Arrington lies and claims I said I was there on the webex hearing - but I clearly didn't. McGaha is crooked and handed Arrington a corrupt case. Arrington lied to fill in the holes. Double Jeopardy kicks in when they have insufficient evidence. Arrington continued to violate my rights and the judge allowed it. Double Jeopardy applies.
