If a case only requires just stamping and signing papers then they deserve 4 stars.(As any lawyer/lawyer assistance should beacuse it a basic requirement of their job but expensive if you think about) God forbid if the case requires a little bit of negotiation, expertise, and craft then it somehow goes beyond their means and function. Example: it is the responsibility of the lawyer to sit down and explain you the discharge of your mortgage fees and any final calculation. It not the responsibility of the real estate agent or the mortgage brokers responsibility to over the calculation of what the lawyers came up with . Also, rude and unprofessional staff is beyond me.
