Since my horrific accident leaving me paralyzed, one could imagine the amount of bills, calls etc. I had to deal with. The stress and anxiety was significantly reduced by the professionalism and punctuality of the entire law firm, especially James Verboort. The entire team works in cohesion to make you feel like you're a top priority and things will get done with the highest quality. It's been nearly two years now and the least I can do is commend them on their hard work and dedication to my case. Without them, especially James, I would be drowning in paperwork, in debt and most likely losing more hair. Steve Archer, Paul Kiesel and a Brian Garcia along with the rest of the staff are the best. They helped me with a personal injury case back in 2017 and I can't say enough good things. There's no doubt in my mind that my outcome wouldn't have as favorable without the hard working team of Kiesel law, I say this because at the end of the trial you may speak to the jury members and other council and each one them told me how they were affected by my story, Paul was able to articulate my story like no other... As did Melanie, Lance, James and it was always nice to Mariana in the courtroom giving me quite encouragement. I got a frantic call as I was told there was a bus accident on the route to Yosemite with 25 kids and staff. One student was killed. I contacted Kissel Law and Paul Kiesel as well as Steve Archer jumped on the case immediately and flew to the site on a private jet meeting with all students and staff. During the time after the suit was filed, bot Paul and Steve with their wealth of experience negotiated with the various parties and insurance companies relentlessly. Paul even made trips to China to interview the victims and met with families. Such dedication is unheard of. All families got the maximum compensation allowed under the law.
