Just left from a consult that I gained nothing from. As soon as Kimberly reviewed my documents, she started running numbers for what was owed to me through my divorce. My intentions going in was to find out what I needed to do to solidify my joint custody agreement with my ex. She spent the majority of her time, running through numbers on assets and support. She did go over her 30 minute consult time however she took a phone call In the middle of our appointment and when I asked what I needed to do to get her to write things up for custody, she stood up and told me she had to leave and then it would be $5000 to retain her. Again, I left without getting any information about how to solidify my custody agreement with the courts. She controlled the conversation and I definitely got the feeling that She didn't consider what I was trying to do.
