Kim has been a wonderful asset for my children. They feel safe and comfortable communicating with her. Kim was always accommodating and available whenever they felt the need to speak to someone. As their law guardian, she listened intently and made a great effort towards giving the children their desired outcome. I highly recommend her for any legal matters you may find yourself dealing with.

Slow!! Couldn't get a consult for a full month. Also, Kimberly Wells seems to not understand/tract emails very well. Its my opinion that she's not very good at organization or time management.

Describing Kim wells as unethical would be an extremely vast understatement. She should not be allowed to work with children. She is a very bad person. I never missed a cs payment always did my visitations unconditionally loved and dedicated myself to my children. The moment she entered mine and my children’s life she destroyed it. Very bad human being. Beware!!!

She's been nothing but helpful with family court for my husband having her as his attorney takes a big load off our backs she is very reliable and always listens (he always supplys her with all the evidence as well for his case) even tho it's been a struggle with family court and trusting them to make the right decision due to my husband being the father and having to provide 100× what any bio mother would ever have to of evidence just to show all he cares about is his kid his child's wellbeing and safty but I can honestly say sense kimberly has became his attorney we feel like this case is in good hands and he can always talk his concerns out with her and get the best advice I highly recommend kimberly especially for family court she has been nothing but help!!!????????????

My fiance and I had a consultation with Ms. Wells in November 2023 regarding child support and custody of his daughter. Ms. Wells was somewhat helpful (we knew absolutely nothing about the legal system) but we found that she struggled to bring things down to our level of understanding. To her credit, she did not charge us for the consultation. After the consultation, my fiance called multiple times in hopes of retaining her. He left a message on the machine, left a message with her receptionist, and the last time he called, the number didn't work. As of a month later, December 2023, she has not responded to either message. We have secured another lawyer. This obviously has caused us a lot of stress. If Ms. Wells didn't want to take us as clients, she should have had the decency to inform us of that, rather than just 'ghosting' us.
