Great service, as a Realtor I deal with lots of attorneys and some are great and others aren't. These guys were fast, efficient, professional, friendly, and very competent. Use them for all your legal needs. Office was extremely clean and their procedures with covid-19 are impeccable.

King Cunningham was our closing attorney for our first home purchase in January of 2015. We had an amazing experience, despite the mess of screw-ups that were the banks fault 100%. They went above and beyond to help fix the wrongs made by the closing mortgage officer and dealt with us past closing time to help try to close the house. The following day, they were able to close the home and dealt with all the paperwork first thing. We had an excellent experience with the paralegal and the lawyer. Would return & do any real estate closing there again.

Not happy with this closing company! Said they would fax papers to quicken loans and us and they have not done this after several calls. Poor excuse with customer service.
