C Carlton Folsom Attorney At LAW

I’ve hired them to try and help me with a case. They promised a lot of things before signing the contract. I trusted and have had no results. The lack of communication and professionalism was what made me not want to continue with my case with them. Especially his wife, horrible attitude. . I paid $1,500 retainer fee for one case and I’m waiting on them to respond back to me what will happen with the remainder of the money. I wish I seen these reviews before hiring them. I also had to do most of their work doing research that THEY were suppose to do. . Just a bad experience and I decided not to move forward. I don’t usually do these reviews but it’s necessary so people can be aware before hiring any attorney.

Carlton Folsom is one of the finest attorneys I have worked with in the past. He has a no nonsense attitude. He doesn’t sugarcoat and he lets you know where he thinks you stand at all times. I highly recommend his firm for any legal needs you might have. His counsel calmed my wife’s fears and reassured us that we are making the right decisions.

Bad, bad lawyer please avoid at all costs. Your better off getting a court appointed attorney. Will not return calls. We ended up terminating the contract after a couple of months. All he did was appear to a bond hearing. We paid $10,000 and he only refunded $2,000 currently waiting on his response about the other $8,000 (I have been trying to reach him for the past 5 months.) Most likely report him to the bar to file a lawsuit against this man if we don't relieve our money back.

Great attorney and knew exactly what he was doing. He was really helpful and gave good advice. Will go to him if I ever need legal advice again.

I unfortunately used him during a modification of my divorce, the absolute worst person (in my opinion) to use. He is un-professional, will not return calls, only asks for money, did no follow up work, lost files, etc. I had to hire another attorney after him to clean up his mess, he just kept demanding more and more money from me. He is the worst when it comes to being a lawyer. Do not use this man. Tell everyone that he is as close to a criminal as you can get.
