We handed KT a slam dunk case against a Retirement Community and agreed to get a complaint filed but KT dragged it out by submitting it to the State Insurance Commissioner. Assured us that is the best way to go. After filing it with them,t told us "You know the State has never Prosecuted a case against a Retirement Community" WTF.?!!!! If we'd known that we would not have wasted our time. Well that record is still intact.. Nothing was accomplished but we did get our retainer back, so that's worth one star I guess. Thanks for Nothing!
