The Law Offices of Robert E Hales has handled my mother's trust since 1998. I became involved with them in 2019 when my elderly mother needed my assistance with her trust and then after her passing in 2020. During this time I have worked with Robert Hales, Scott Hales and Chad Hales. They and their entire staff have all been extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. I have most recently worked primarily with Scott Hales and he has handled all matters in a very kind, personable, thoughtful, patient, compassionate, effective and professional way. I can't thank Robert, Scott, Chad and everyone at the firm enough for everything they have done to help my mother and myself for over 20 years. I highly recommend their services.

Be cautious. Robert made a revocable trust for me and I needed to make changes. Had a few questions. Denise and the other person who answers the phone, rudely kept saying, "you need to make an appointment the fee is $250." If that is the case, it is cheaper to create a new trust than to update the original. I am glad this happened now that I can create a new trust with a reputable attorney.
