This review is long overdue and more than deserved for such an outstanding attorney. Miles Kinsell helped me immensely through the darkest battle of my life. He was honest, determined, caring and with me every step of the journey. During my worst days of life, he not only made me feel like family, but he gave me hope. He made sure my voice was heard and he fought hard for me every step of the way. Miles and his assistant Libby, made sure I was always informed and understood the process and status of the case. I was confident in him from the beginning and I couldn't have asked for an attorney to be any more professional, diligent or attentive. Kinsell Law Firm team has made mine & my fiancxe9s Christmas dream, COME TRUE! What a BLESSING & RELIEF it was, when sentencing day finally came! nnMr. John Whitaker was the first attending lawyer who fought for my fiancxe9's rights & filed a motion of "recuse", which was approved! We were both truly grateful & had high hopes for a better sentencing, rather then what the previous judge/state was inquiring. nnUnfortunately, Mr. Whitaker is no longer with the law firm company; so that's when we got a phone call from Mr. Miles Kinsel himself & gave us higher hopes and made us feel that we have a much STRONGER chance in FAITH, that we may just beat this horrific rollercoaster ride that we have endured for 14 months with his ex-girlfriend and my fiancxe9's three year old daughter, who disappeared. nnMy fiancxe9 hasn't seen his three year old daughter in two years. His ex did not even leave a note and emptied out his bank account. With that said, she filed for an injunction, that my fiancxe9 was NOT AWARE of and contacted his ex's mother via e-mail to check on how his daughter is doing. His ex was contacting him as well, as she knew she had already filed an injunction on him.nnSadly, due to what a normal father or just like any other loving parent would do to reach out to their own child, who was taken without a no call, no show, and also mind that my fiancxe9 being un aware of the injunction that was taken in place, caused an automatic violation of an injunction.nnGoing through Kinsel Law Firm and requesting for a new judge, was the first step to my fiancxe9's nightmare, and was the BEST thing that could have ever happened!nnAs we received a new judge, Mr. Miles Kinsel and Ms. Libby (the most sweetest and concerned receptionist), stepped up in a professional & such a caring manner 24/7). Within a short amount of time, Mr. Kinsel TACKLED and handled the case the way the Judicial System should ALWAYS be ran; to hear both sides of the story and to pray for the judge to see the truth & innocence of the defendant/s (my fiancxe9/innocent civilians) and may they be released or decrease the amount of sentencing.nnFor civilians who are innocent, or have no choice to have a voice to speak for their very own freedom, I would and WILL always suggest to friends and family, that KINSEL LAW FIRM is the way to go!nnMy fiancxe9 did not get a year in prison for a misdemeanor, he was sentenced ten days, with a one day game time, so technically my fiancxe9 has to serve nine days and was given a choice which days was more convenient for him due to keeping his job to enable to still have income, a roof over our heads, and clothing on our backs.nnMs. Libby & Mr. Miles Kinsel, was truly a BLESSING from the sky!! This legal team is stellar, I was facing DUI charges and I was really afraid of how this would affect grad school, my record and life in general. Miles, John and Libby made the ordeal painless, Miles and John actually work on cases together so your getting 2 attorneys for the cost. And in my book their fees were minimal considering they got the charges dropped through a deferment period and at the end of said time period the DUI will become reduced to a citation and I can have the whole ordeal expunged. They have great communication and service even after the bulk of the legal work is completed, they are personable, informative and they say call or email anytime with future questions or concerns. I feel luck to have found a firm as good as this one, I have met a few folks that have faced DUI in the past and they said their attorneys (different firms) didn't do a things for them and they still got the book thrown at them when it was all said and done. Not me, and I own it to Kinsell and Whitaker.
